SnitchBro

Terms and SMS Terms

Effective July 16, 2026

Development status. SnitchBro is currently in development. These terms describe the planned service and messaging program and will apply when those features become available.

1. The service

SnitchBro is a consent-based accountability tool for adults. The planned iPhone app combines self-imposed blocking with event-triggered messages to one trusted accountability partner selected by the app member.

SnitchBro is not a medical device, therapy, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. We do not guarantee that blocking will be complete or that any message will prevent a particular behavior.

2. Voluntary participation

App members must invite only adults they know and trust. An app member cannot enroll another person in automated messages. The invited partner must review the SMS disclosure, confirm control of their mobile number, select an unchecked consent box, and affirmatively activate alerts. Either person may end the relationship.

3. SnitchBro Accountability Alerts SMS program

A partner who opts in agrees to receive recurring, transactional accountability text messages from SnitchBro. Messages may include an alert that a member triggered a defined accountability event, that protection was interrupted, or that the member reached a milestone. Messages do not include browsing history or website details.

Consent applies only to the SnitchBro accountability program and the relationship disclosed during opt-in. SnitchBro does not use this consent for marketing messages.

4. Member responsibilities

5. Delivery and availability

Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and third-party providers. Messages can be delayed, filtered, or undelivered. SnitchBro may change, pause, or discontinue development features, especially during testing.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's data, or use the messaging program for bulk, promotional, threatening, or unsolicited communication.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved in the app and messaging program, including our mobile-number non-sharing commitment.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date above will change when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update means that the revised terms apply, where permitted by law.
