Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how SnitchBro, operated by Federico Zambelli in Italy, handles information on this website and in the planned SnitchBro app and accountability messaging program.
2. Information we may process
When the app and SMS beta are active, SnitchBro may process:
- anonymous account or device identifiers needed to provide the service;
- the display name an app member chooses;
- an accountability partner's name and mobile number or email address;
- consent records, including the invitation, timestamp, phone number, and disclosure version accepted;
- accountability events, such as an override, protection interruption, or milestone, with a timestamp;
- message delivery, opt-out, and support metadata from our messaging provider; and
- support messages sent directly to us.
3. Information we do not collect
SnitchBro is designed not to collect browsing history, website addresses, screenshots, search terms, or the content viewed on a member's device. Accountability alerts describe that an event occurred, not what the member viewed.
4. How we use information
- to provide blocking and consent-based accountability features;
- to send the messages a recipient has explicitly agreed to receive;
- to record and enforce consent, opt-out, and delivery status;
- to protect the service from abuse and troubleshoot delivery; and
- to comply with applicable legal and carrier requirements.
5. Mobile information and SMS consent
SnitchBro will not send automated accountability messages to a partner before that partner gives direct, affirmative consent. Message frequency varies because messages are triggered by accountability events. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except with service providers that need the information to deliver and support the messaging program or when disclosure is required by law.
6. Service providers
SnitchBro may use service providers such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for backend infrastructure, Apple for app distribution and device capabilities, and an email provider for service messages. They may process information only as needed to provide those services under their own contractual and legal duties.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep service information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A recipient's STOP request is retained so that future messages remain blocked. You may request access or deletion by contacting us. Some consent, opt-out, fraud, or transaction records may be retained where legally required.
8. Your choices
- SMS recipients may reply STOP at any time.
- SMS recipients may reply HELP or contact us for assistance.
- App members and partners may withdraw from an accountability relationship.
- You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you.
9. Age
SnitchBro is intended for adults. We do not knowingly provide the service to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. The effective date above will change when a revised policy is published. Material changes will be disclosed in the app or service where appropriate.
